Yatsenyuk said NATO membership is the main goal of Ukraine

Former Prime Minister of Ukraine and leader of the partynational front” Arseniy Yatsenyuk called the main goal of the country joining NATO. A statement he made in an interview with CBC during a trip to Canada.

“Today the Ukrainian army is defending not only Ukraine’s territorial integrity – we protect the borders of the countries-members of NATO”, – quotes its words a press-service “National front”.

Yatsenyuk is sure that Ukraine this purpose reaches. However, it looks “realistic”, suggesting that the NATO membership will not happen.
