Zakharova said, “who is who lay in the legs”

The official representative the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova at a briefing on Thursday, 18 may, said that since the beginning of 2013 the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and the former head of the state Department of the United States John Kerry has held 64 meetings and 192 telephone conversation.

The speaker of the Russian foreign Ministry recalled that some American media with reference to anonymous sources reported that in 2013 Moscow allegedly “begged” to arrange for the head of the Russian diplomacy an audience in the White house.

“More than 90% of cases they took place on the American initiative. This is the question, who is who lay in the legs,” — said Zakharov.

In addition, according to her, Russian President Vladimir Putin and ex-U.S. President Barack Obama held 11 personal meetings and 26 telephone conversations are often very long.

“Again, most often the initiative showed the White house” — concluded Zakharov.
