McCain acknowledged the right of the President of the United States to share secret information

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham and the Chairman of the Senate Committee of U.S. Congress on the Armed services Committee John McCain said that the President has the right to share top secret information.

“We… do not want the President to spread secret information, but the President does have the right to do it, because he is the commander in chief,” said the senators, adding that he would not like to comment on the scandal around providing classified information to Russia, until the greater number of facts.
