Putin urged to respond to the complaints of victims without unnecessary bureaucracy

Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the regional authorities to keep under control the question of monetary payments to citizens who lost their property due to wildfires.

The President also noted that if necessary, people need to help with the preparation of documents. On the treatment of victims for the restoration of a document, including passports, Putin urged to respond as quickly as possible, “without unnecessary bureaucracy”.

The President noted that the most difficult situation in terms of elimination of consequences of natural fires observed in the Irkutsk region and in Buryatia. However, he stressed that the rescue prevented loss of life.
