Dodon said that joining NATO is unacceptable for Moldova

The President of Moldova Igor Dodon called totally unacceptable the country’s accession to NATO.

At a meeting with state Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin Igor Dodon also said that will not allow due to personal and party ambitions to spoil relations of Moldova with Russia, which, he said, are entering a new stage of development.

He deplores the occupied by the parliamentary majority and the government of Moldova’s position regarding the Russian colleagues and participation in CIS. He promised to ensure the participation of the Moldavian side in joint activities — both in the CIS and in bilateral meetings.
