Ambassador of Ukraine told about the “depressed” mood in the “Eurovision” without Samoilova

Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Andrew Miller in an interview with Huffington Post Deutschland said that Kyiv could make an exception and allow entry for the Russian uchastnitsy Eurovision Yulia Samoilova. However, according to him, “the political damage in this case would be too big” could walk up to the riots.

At the same time, Miller admitted that the story Samoilova can negatively affect the atmosphere of the competition: “the Mood may be somewhat depressed. This is the sad reality.”

The diplomat expressed hope that during the “Eurovision” in Kiev, the attention will still be drawn to the very competition, not political games.
