Media: the United States stationed troops and armored vehicles on the Turkish-Syrian border


The US is deploying armored vehicles and troops along the border of Turkey and Syria, said the Agency Sputnik, citing a source in the Kurdish self-defense units in Syria (YPG). According to him, this happens over the border from Kobane to the city of Qamishli.

This is done in order to prevent clashes between the Turkish armed forces and Kurdish militias. A source in YPG said that measures to prevent attacks of the Turkish military was discussed with the United States. The militia YPG warned the Americans that cease to participate in the liberation of Raqqa and will transfer forces to the Turkish border to Turkey, again attacking their positions.
