Department of state: Ukraine remains a priority for the United States

Ukraine remains in the priority agenda of the US administration, said assistant Secretary of state for political-military Affairs Tina S. Kaidanow. This reports the press service of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine.

Ukraine has been and remains a priority on the agenda of the US administration,” said Kaidanov at the meeting with first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Pristayko.

Reportedly, the interlocutors discussed prospects of bilateral policy and cooperation, including on the question of US military assistance. The state Department representative noted the importance of promoting democratic reforms in Ukraine, and also said that Washington continues to insist on the territorial integrity of the country.
