“I want to say that anything that violates the laws in force to date, and the rights of citizens, signed by me can not be”, – TASS quotes the statement of Vladimir Putin.

The President instructed the members of the Cabinet “to work as it should, thoroughly, including in dialogue with the public” the proposed act on renovation of the housing stock in Moscow.

The head of state stressed that the resettlement of five-story building should be done “this way and such tools and means that do not violate the rights of citizens.”

Putin said that all proposals need to be implemented, given the voluntary consent of citizens to the pre-conditions.

“Nothing can be imposed by force, and the rights of citizens should be fully respected,” again summed up GDP.
