An American destroyer had changed course after meeting with Iranian boat


The destroyer of naval forces of the United States “Mahan” was forced to change course to avoid collision with an Iranian boat in the Persian Gulf. It is reported by Fox News, citing two us officials.

The incident occurred on Monday, April 24. To meet the destroyer in the Persian Gulf moved the boat to the Islamic revolutionary guard Corps.

To avoid collision, the ship changed course, and launched flares and brought the weapon to combat readiness.

The minimum distance megido destroyer and the boat was 900 meters, while the Americans did not do warning shots.

In January of this year, “Mahan” was already closer to the Iranian military ship near the Gulf of Hormuz, then, to avoid collision, the American sailors fired three warning shots.
