Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine: the poverty of Ukrainians blame Putin

Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko, communicating with journalists of the ZIK TV channel, said, who, in his opinion, is guilty for the plight of the citizens of his country.

“The social situation in Ukraine is unsatisfactory. But in the world there are no States where it will be all right during the war. Ukraine is in a difficult situation due to Russian aggression. I won’t all be blamed on Putin or the war, but not to consider this factor as a cause of poverty, not… Since the start of the conflict, we lost 30% of the economic potential of the country due to separation of Donbass. We have actually collapsed the entire economy,” he said.
