The Ukrainian authorities laid on Russia the blame for the breakdown of LC

In Kiev, commented on the termination of the supply of energy in the LC, putting the blame “on the Russian side and the people who de facto control the territory of certain districts of Luhansk region”. This statement was made by the Minister of Ukraine on the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Vadim Chernysh, reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.

According to Chernysh, Ukraine warned about the impending blackout. According to Kiev, the main consumer of incoming energy is industry, while the population uses electricity supplied from Russia.

Due to the fact that industrial enterprises LC now other owners, Kiev sees no reason to supply them with electricity.
