Donetsk region Governor regretted that it was impossible to block Ukrainian water DNR

The Governor of Donetsk region Pavel Zhebrivsky sincerely regretted that it is not possible to block the water of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic. He stated that if this is done, can hurt the innocent residents of Mariupol, according to “112 Ukraine”.

The Governor of the state-controlled Ukraine of the territory of Donetsk region said that the leadership of the DPR since the middle of 2014 “has not paid a dime” for the supply of Ukrainian water.

“Unfortunately, unlike Lugansk, we cannot block the water, because the canal goes through the territory controlled, then it comes on Gorlovka, Donetsk, and then for Mariupol. In fact, blocking the channel, we shut off the water for Mariupol”, — said zhebrivskyi.
