The astronaut told Trump how to extract water from urine on the ISS

American astronaut Peggy Whitson during a videoconference the President of the United States Donald trump from the International space station told the American leader about the lack of drinking water on the ISS, so the astronauts have to drink recycled and filtered their own urine, reports the Daily News (New York).

“Water is such a precious resource here that we also cleanse our urine and make it drinkable – and it’s really not as bad as it looks,” Whitson shared with the President of the United States.

In response, trump smiled sheepishly and, not knowing what to say, with a delayed reaction for a few seconds.

“Very well, better you than me,” replied trump.
