Judge: would the Kremlin on peacekeepers in the Donbass

The initiative of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the introduction of the peacekeeping contingent in the conflict zone in the Donbass need to discuss with all stakeholders, including the DNI and LC. On 24 April, said the press-Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov. But would do for this turn of events, the Ukrainian President himself? No, he has a very different purpose, – no doubt Russian experts.

The Kremlin’s position, voiced by the press Secretary of the President, is as follows:

– If the initiative moves forward, it is subject to discussion directly with the parties to the conflict and parties to the conflict are Kiev on one side and the breakaway Republic of Donbass on the other hand. Our country long ago advocated the establishment of a direct dialogue between Kiev and representatives of these republics in the interests of finding a solution to this crisis. In addition, it is also necessary to understand the attitude to this initiative, UN – to the extent possible, to the extent considered feasible technologically, politically and so on.

In addition, it is useful to understand the position of countries “Channel four” on the issue. This means that arising questions more than answers. However, perhaps chief among them — agree whether the official Kiev to discuss the problem with the “rebel territories” as equal participants in the negotiation process. Still he is, to put it mildly, was bad.

– Not to consider various options for the possible termination of this war from the Kremlin it would be strange, explained “MK” a leading military expert, Director of the Centre for strategic conjuncture Ivan Konovalov. – Hence today’s announcement Dmitry Peskov. As for Kiev, it is clear that for him a military solution to this problem is impossible. But the Ukrainian leadership, however, clings to him. And this, unfortunately, is understandable, because otherwise he simply can not survive: the population of the country immediately begin to ask questions about the reasons for the sharp decline in living standards, the collapse of the economy, total corruption, etc. Hence the repeated aggravation of the situation in the region.

The position of the Kremlin, according to experts, is simple:

– Yes, if the route of administration in the conflict zone of the peacekeeping force is possible, it must negotiate both sides of this conflict. That is, including the Donetsk and Lugansk Republic. But then immediately the question arises to the Kiev authorities: and they will be able to guarantee the safety of peacekeepers caught in the line of fire? Obviously after the first attack blue helmets leave. Meanwhile, Kiev the situation in the Ukrainian army did not control. And there understand it very well. And what is meant by the peacekeepers? Who will it be? The structure, which is able to do this, simply do not exist!

Based on the foregoing, the last sentence, Poroshenko has no plans real solution to the problem, not expert doubts:

Poroshenko one task every week to invent new reasons for botirovna of the situation around Ukraine. How many have had such statements and different horror stories with the Ukrainian authorities! So this is another attempt to draw attention to Ukraine with the aim to once again declare that after a military solution of the Donbas followed by the immediate solution of all economic problems of Ukraine.
