The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine is interested in leaving the soldiers of “Berkut” in Russia

Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s office interested in the information that four former special forces soldiers “Berkut” from Kharkov left the country and located in Russia.

As stated by the Prosecutor Alexander Kovalchuk, all of them are in the case of the use of weapons to disperse demonstrators at protests in 2014.

“We have official evidence that they went to Russia,” the Prosecutor told the TV channel “112 Ukraine”, adding that formal requests are made.

He said he is waiting for information from the Ukrainian border service.

Lawyer Valentin Rybin fighters said earlier on Saturday that his clients have left the territory of Ukraine on April 13, after the Supervisory authority concerning them stopped a restrictive measure of restraint on the movement.

He said that the visit to Russia took place in accordance with the law, therefore, does not consider his escape.
