In the liberated areas of Aleppo, said the Russian defense Ministry, “discovered massive burial places of many have been subjected to wild torture and massacre of the Syrians”. Apparently, for these atrocities responsible representatives of the “moderate opposition” for which so actively stood up the West. But traces of the so-called White helmets, who call themselves volunteers, the city was not found.
The Russian military found in the liberated from the militants Aleppo mass grave of mutilated and disfigured bodies. As said on Monday the defense Ministry spokesman major General Igor Konashenkov, the results of the survey districts of the city “are able to shock many”. “Discovered a massive burial places of many have been subjected to wild torture and massacre of Syrians. Many missing parts of bodies, most shot in the head,” – said Konashenkov.
“Judging by the location, by who controlled this area until the evacuation of Eastern Aleppo is this group”
He suggested that it was “only the beginning”. Konashenkov said that all the facts are well documented as the greatest war crimes of the terrorists and will be brought maximum publicity “to the European backers of the so-called opposition in London and Paris was well aware of who really are their wards and were aware of their responsibility for their atrocities”.
According to “Interfax”, he also reported about the discovered the seven “huge depots” of ammunition, “which would be enough weaponry to several infantry battalions. And in the last days, when the Russian officers brought a bus in the militant-controlled areas of Aleppo, the terrorists were mining areas. “Mined literally all they had enough time and ammunition: streets, entrances to premises, vehicles lying on the roads are motorcycles and toys, – said Konashenkov. – On a tiny patch of the urban area discovered three tanks, two guns, two rocket-propelled multiple rocket launchers, and countless improvised mortars and rocket systems”.
In addition, the major-General reported that in Eastern Aleppo could not find any volunteer rescue workers from the so-called White helmets, “solemnly adopted in the best houses of Paris and London and almost submitted for the Nobel peace prize”.
Head of the research Department of middle East conflicts and the armed forces of the region of the Institute of innovative development Anton Mardas said that the Eastern Aleppo since 2012, was controlled by the Syrian armed opposition. Different quarters of the city was seized by many groups, including ISIS* or the same “dzhebhat an-Nusra”. He suggested that torture could be shabiha (Pro-government paramilitary formation) of the criminal clans, some apostates or Syrian officers.
The expert noted that Syria is not just a civil and confessional war, and was known to have been shot and beheaded all parties, various militias “also differed sharp heads”. “That’s why, when Russia intervened in the conflict and now hosts events at the filtering, it is more tightly controlled in order to prevent collisions and, because of the brutality of all parties,” said Mardas.
In turn, the chief editor of the magazine “Arsenal Fatherland” Victor murakhovski recalled the previous messages of the General staff and the defense Ministry, which showed that certain neighborhoods in the city were held by the group “Noureddine al-Zinki” (refers to the “Dzhebhat EN-Nusra”). In November this group are ranked by the West to the moderate opposition, announced that its fighters are not going to leave Aleppo. Together with the group “Ahrar al-sham” (as its members call “moderate” supporters of terrorists) “Noureddine al-Zinki” kept thousands of civilians in the Eastern quarters of the city, and suppressed their attempts to leave through the designated army humanitarian corridors.
“Quite a famous group in Syria, including is known for its atrocities against civilians. Recently they cut off the head of the boy of twelve. The events were filmed. Judging by the location, by who controlled this area until the evacuation of Eastern Aleppo is exactly this group,” – said murakhovski the newspaper VIEW.
With regard to mining, after the withdrawal of the militants in the city are local groups, they may belong to an umbrella coalition of groups “Jaish al-Fatah”, that is, the same “al-Nusra”. “They are fighting themselves. Among them can be completely frostbitten. This is the local group, and a week and a half ago they made a breakthrough to the quarter Ramose… They did not agree to negotiate with anyone. It is clear that those groups who are willing to fight to the last, will be mining approaches,” says Mardas.
Speaking about the situation with absence in so-called White helmets, Anton Mardas said that they did not position their presence in Eastern Aleppo. “The area where they primarily work, is the area of Idlib, the area outside the ring Aleppo,” he said.
The expert does not exclude that when, in August was unlocked, the corridor, all who could, including representatives of the “White helmets”, could leave the city. And if the “helmets” are being manipulated by the representatives of the Western intelligence services, they are unlikely to have been in Syria, and it is logical to assume that they work through the centers in Turkey and Jordan, as well as operate through contacts with regional intelligence agencies.
“I don’t know what traces of the “White helmets” was supposed to be? Offices, party offices? Such in Eastern Aleppo not. In Eastern Aleppo, perhaps, the opposition was shooting some commercials, where supposedly “White helmets” to help someone. Times these videos are shot, then the representatives of these organizations were supposed to be, but have not found them… Or all of these videos were just propaganda from the opposition, or remaining in Aleppo just decided not to advertise their affiliation to these “helmets” because there was a lot of concern among those who surrender… Feared to be captured by the Syrian secret services,” concluded Anton Mardas.
