Former Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin Ukraine called on the head of the country’s security Service Vasyl Hrytsak to open a criminal case against Petro Poroshenko, who owns Roshen company. Kuzmin calls to initiate a case of high treason against Petro Poroshenko and top managers belonging to it confectionery company “Roshen” (Roshen). As written by a former Deputy public Prosecutor on his page on Facebook, he asks to do it to “protect the interests of the Ukrainian people”.
According to him, Poroshenko “systematically commits intentional acts to the detriment of Ukraine”. In particular, according to Kuzmin, Ukrainian President organized the work of his factory in the Russian city of Lipetsk and sells its products on the territory of Crimea.
Thus, stresses former official, Poroshenko, though claims of a “war with Russia” and the need to introduce sanctions against Moscow, in fact, continues to do business in the territory of the “aggressor”.
