Filatov burst into an angry tirade in response to the request of the officials to give them “Deputy money” (obviously, wages). The mayor has reproached deputies that they do not go to meetings and do not participate in the work of the commissions.

“You can write complaints to the Prosecutor, to sue and shit bricks at the TV, but nothing ever. Clearly, elected officials? Either you work or you starve, creatures,” wrote the mayor in his Facebook.

In September, social networks Filatov in the obscene form has advised parents of students to purchase textbooks on their own. “***** you can start otuchivshis to live on the ball? You seriously own children to buy textbooks?” he addressed the residents of the city.

Besides, Filatov is remembered for his call to hang the inhabitants of the Crimea. “No landings from the Maidan. No extremist statements. You need to give the bastards any promises, guarantees or to make any concessions. …And hang… and Hang them then”, said associate of Kolomoisky shortly before the referendum on the status of the Peninsula.
