Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov told reporters that such visits as the visit of the Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev in Serbia, are normal practice. According to him, usually these visits are used to discuss regional and bilateral issues.

A Kremlin spokesman also said that Patrushev is in active dialogue with their foreign counterparts, actively communicating in different countries. Of course normal that there are such exchanges of visits, given the special nature of our relations with the Serbs, Peskov said.
