The General staff of Russia has asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to take the decision to resume air strikes on militants in Eastern Aleppo. This is due to the activation of the terrorists fighting in civilian casualties. Then the mouth of the Kremlin, Dmitry Peskov voiced the President’s response: air strikes would not be resumed.

In a statement on Friday, a press release of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation (MKRU) provides a statement of the chief of the Main operations Directorate of the General staff Lieutenant-General Sergey Rudskoy on the resumption of active militants fighting against Syrian government forces. In this regard, the statement said, the General staff appealed to the Supreme commander of the armed forces, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with a request to renew air strikes on militants in Eastern Aleppo.
The report also stresses that on Friday 28 October from 11:20 militias, taking advantage of the humanitarian pause, attempted to break in the Eastern part of Aleppo. The militants acted in three groups, with the support of 20 tanks and 15 APCS. They also opened heavy fire from rocket launchers and artillery.
At the same time was organized the strike and East of Aleppo, which led to numerous casualties among civilians and government forces.
Despite that all the attacks of the insurgents was repulsed, the terrorists have lost 8 tanks and 5 infantry fighting vehicles.
For the last three days the militants 63 times opened fire from mortars and launchers “Hellfire”. This has led to the deaths of 43 and 96 wounded civilians in West Aleppo. Among the dead are schoolchildren, as mines was in school in the areas of al-Watani, hi-El-Antalus.
The fire was as terrorist groups, and armed groups controlled by the United States, which Washington calls moderate opposition.
The staff also invited representatives of international organizations in Aleppo to investigate all of the facts.
