Russia and Belgium have exchanged mutual accusations in connection with the bombing by the coalition Hassidic village in Aleppo, which resulted in victims among civilians. Moscow insists that it was a Belgian aircraft. Brussels rejected the accusations and even summoned the Russian Ambassador for an explanation.

Russia said that with the help of air defense was able to establish that in the sky over the area at the time of the bombing were Belgian F-16.

But Belgium rejected the accusations, saying that on this day the country’s air force in Aleppo did not fly.
The Russian military insist on: the planes were spotted by air defense system, and as said the official representative of the defense Ministry major General Igor Konashenkov, “Russia has an effective air defense”. Such systems, he noted, allow round the clock monitoring of the air situation over almost the entire territory of Syria, and even beyond.
