Medvedev said about the corruption of oversight bodies

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at session of Presidium of the presidential Council of the Russian Federation for strategic development and priority projects stated that the system of control and supervision activity, in the form in which it exists now, there are many shortcomings.

In particular, according to the head of the Cabinet, it is not effective enough, often corrupt and aggressive towards business.

Medvedev also noted that in some cases it is turning into a tool of pressure on various public spheres, including business.

He called the appalling figures on the number of oversight bodies – 10 thousand of bodies of the control and about 100 thousand inspectors.
