Rosiiya the UN announced the conditions for a truce in Aleppo

Permanent representative of Russia to the UN Vitaly Churkin, commenting on the results of the closed meeting of the members of the UN Security Council concerning the situation in Aleppo, said that the sides discussed the necessity of separating positional groups from the terrorist group “dzhebhat an-Nusra”. According to Churkin, speaking about the actual truce is possible only after the fulfillment of this condition. Otherwise the periods of the cease-fire will be, as before, only the “breathing space”, comfortable for terrorists is not promising for a real solution to the crisis in Syria.

“We are not seen in SAR situations where the “Nusra” immediately used every ceasefire to regroup and obtain weapons and then continue fighting” – quoted Churkin RIA Novosti.

“Therefore, if the groups of the moderate Syrian opposition will be separated from the group “Dzhebhat EN-Nusra”, the ceasefire could be endless,” – said the Russian permanent representative.

“The militants groups “Dzhebhat EN-nusra” if the opposition from them distanciruemsa have to make a choice… We will offer them two options: either they leave Aleppo (Staffan de Misturugi made a similar offer some time ago, but it was not accepted “Nusra”), or they will be defeated,” said the Russian diplomat.

Speaking on the future of “moderate”, Churkin said that if the terrorists will leave Eastern Aleppo, the government forces will conclude with the remaining representatives of opposition the agreement on cease-fire, and there will be no more hostilities.
