Deputy Minister of housing announced the transfer of 80% of public services to private owners


Speaking at a conference in the UN on urban development, Deputy Minister of construction and housing of Russia Andrei Chibis said that the priority development of the Russian Federation until 2020 is to transfer in concession to private investors up to 80% of municipal infrastructure. According to him, this goal supports the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, with now only 20% of public services provided by private traders.
