Communiqué, the EU has included the assessment of Russia’s actions in Syria as “war crimes”

The EU Council adopted a communiqué following the meeting in Luxembourg. According to “Interfax”, it contains a clause stating that Russia’s “deliberate attacks on hospitals, medical workers, schools and basic infrastructure” can be regarded as “war crimes”.

The same assessment can be made of the use of “barrel bombs, cluster bombs and chemical weapons” in Aleppo.

Earlier the British foreign Ministry stated that no evidence of intentional infliction of Russian air force strikes on civilians in Aleppo.
