Putin accused Poroshenko in search of excuse for failure of Minsk-2

Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the statement of Peter Poroshenko about the unsettled state of security in the Donbass, reports “Interfax”.

According to the Russian leader, he knows that Poroshenko “is again trying to shift some responsibility on Russia.”

Putin said that he considers it “an excuse to do nothing in the political sphere.”

According to “Interfax”, the Russian President called for it to go parallel to achieve the realization of the security issues and making steps in the political sphere, which are necessary for settlement for the long term.

Putin cited as an example the question of the adoption of Kiev of the law on Amnesty, the question of consolidation of the Ukrainian Constitution provisions on special status of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Otherwise, according to Putin, this law about the persons status be abolished, as contrary to the Constitution.

Putin stressed, if this is not done, it means that Kiev is not ready to solve problems in the South-East of Ukraine.
