Wikileaks: Clinton threatened to encircle China “ring PRO” for tests of the DPRK

From another part of the website Wikileaks published confidential emails, it became known that presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was still Secretary of state, expressed serious concerns over the DPRK’s nuclear programme.

As AP reports, in the published letters there is a document with fragments of the record of informal speeches, Clinton. In the part devoted to China, she declares plans to put pressure on this country if the Chinese government will not constrain development of the DPRK’s nuclear programme.

“We are going to encircle China with a ring of PRO. We are going to place more ships of our fleet in this area”, said Clinton in 2013, noting that this measure would be protective.

Clinton feared that if North Korea succeeds in experiments with ballistic missiles, they can threaten including Hawaii and the US West coast.
