So, the government proposes to sharply reduce the cost of medicine compared to year 2016: if now, in the refined painting of the 2016 budget for these purposes is spent 544 billion, then next year they will allocate only 362 billion.

The cut will be, in particular, state spending on outpatient care: of 113.4 billion to 68,995: 1.7 times.

Will affect the reduction and the cost of inpatient care, although here it is smaller: only “cut” spending by 39%, from 243 to 148 billion rubles.

Also, the state will be less to allocate money on “ensuring sanitary-epidemiological well-being” of the Russians: instead of 17,473 billion for this purpose I propose to allocate of 14.68 billion rubles.

Will affect the reduction, compared to the current year, and medical research, as a result, they can send 16,028 billion, thereby cutting 21%.

Note that defense spending at the same times higher than health spending, in 2016, amounting to a 3,009 trillion rubles. Next year, the Finance Ministry proposes to reduce them by only 6%.

Recall that the next year’s budget drawn up with a deficit of 2.74 billion rubles, in connection with which Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev repeatedly stressed the need to “live within our means.”
