In Ukraine will test the depriving Yanukovych of the title of President for compliance of the Constitution

The Ukrainian constitutional court will hear the case on the constitutionality of the deprivation Viktor Yanukovych of title of President. The question starts October 19. It is noted that the relevant representation was received from the acting head of state Petro Poroshenko.

According to the Ukrainian Constitution, the title of President is protected by law and is a life only if the President is not ousted from office through impeachment.

We will remind, the bill on depriving Yanukovych of the title of President in February 2015 supported by the Verkhovna Rada.
