The Deputy head of the Japan Bank stole $1.9 million for the woman he loved

As reports broadcaster NHK on Wednesday arrested the Deputy head branch of Mitsui Sumitomo Bank. He suspected that by manipulating the system of foreign currency deposits, stole 190 million yen.
