Cyprus despite sanctions will take part in the economic forum in Crimea


The Secretary General of the Progressive party of working people of Cyprus (AKEL) Andros Kyprianou and co-Chairman of “Business Russia” Andrey Nazarov has agreed that the Cypriot entrepreneurs will go to the Crimea for the Yalta III international economic forum (AMEF) in the spring of 2017 regardless of the sanctions, writes TASS.

According to Kyprianou, it’s not like neither Brussels nor Washington. “We are not responsible for them. We represent the people of Cyprus”, – he noted, adding that Cypriots are friendly towards Russia.
