The first Deputy head of the presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko picked a chief of staff


According to “Kommersant”, citing a source in the Kremlin, Alexander Nikolin could become chief of staff to the first Deputy head of the presidential administration Sergei Kiriyenko. Nikolin worked with Kiriyenko in the Volga Embassy, the newspaper reminds. According to another source, yesterday Alexander Nikolin was in a new place. The newspaper’s sources called “Nikolina” came “out of service”, describe him as a “responsible and systematic” person with good organizational skills.
