The ruling party “Georgian dream” has gained almost 50%


The CEC of Georgia on its website said that after counting 70% of the ballots, the ruling party “Georgian dream” gained 49.65 percent of the votes in the parliamentary elections. The party of ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili “United national movement” yet gets 26,63% of the vote, while Saakashvili earlier said that he expects to win.

The other parties did not overcome the 5% barrier.
