The foreign Ministry called the unsubstantiated accusation of Russia in the hacker attacks

On the website of the Russian foreign Ministry released a statement by Deputy Minister Sergei Ryabkov as for the accusations of Russia in the hacker attacks put forward by Washington.

Ryabkov said that in the joint statement of the Director of national intelligence and the Secretary of homeland security United States contains a series of accusations “not backed by specific facts.”

“Come down to speculation, though similar technology was previously used by Moscow “in Europe and Eurasia to influence public opinion,” stressed Ryabkov.

In his opinion, for all those in Washington can stand individuals that perform the political order “unprecedented anti-Russian hysteria”.

He also reminded that Russia proposed to hold bilateral consultations on the fight against illegal activities in the cyberspace, but the response from US is not received.

According to Ryabkov, the hype around hacking has become a factor of the election campaign in the United States.
