The IMF has offered Russia to restructure 93% of the three billionth debt of Ukraine


The international monetary Fund (IMF) recommended that Russia and Ukraine to negotiate rather than sue on the debt in 3 billion dollars.

In the opinion of IMF experts, Russia can restructure 93% of this debt. Only 7% of Ukrainian debt to Russia, according to the IMF, can do without restructuring, writes “RG”.
