Victoria Nuland held talks with Vladislav Surkov

In Moscow ended the talks between U.S. assistant Secretary of state Victoria Nuland, a Russian presidential aide, Vladislav Surkov, reports “Kommersant”. Details about the negotiations yet. It is known that the two sides exchanged views on the prospects of implementation of the Minsk agreements.

Earlier, the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that the wait for a breakthrough from those talks is not necessary, as there is a regular exchange of views at expert level.
