In Kyiv Economic court received a claim from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) demanding forced to recover from “Gazprom” a penalty of $ 3.3 billion (or 86 billion hryvnia). AMC previously fined “Gazprom” for “abuse of monopoly” in gas transit through the gas transportation system of the country.
