The Kremlin does not expect a breakthrough on the settlement in Donbass after the visit Nuland

The Kremlin does not expect any breakthroughs during the visit of U.S. assistant Secretary of state Victoria Nuland in Moscow, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. According to him, “this is the current work at the expert level.” He added that Nuland will hold talks with the assistant to the Russian President Vladislav Surkov.
