The IMF predicted the collapse of major European and American banks


Serious upheavals in the international banking sector promises to IMF in its new report on financial stability. According to “Interfax”, published on Wednesday, the document States that about one-third of European banks and a quarter of banks in the United States is too weak and they don’t even save any global growth or rising interest rates.

The IMF believes that will survive only those banks who adapts well to new era” with more stringent regulation and supervision, subdued growth and low interest rates.

The IMF experts recommended to make fundamental changes in the structure of the system to ensure its viability.
