Up to 20 thousand people gathered on Wednesday in Tbilisi, on the biggest square of Roses. The organizer of the rally were the party of Mikheil Saakashvili “United national movement” (UNM).
The audience talked about the future victory of the party in the parliamentary elections of October 8, reports “Interfax”.
The rally was addressed by one of the leaders of the United national movement Givi Targamadze, the victim the day before because of the explosion of the machine.
While Mikhail Saakashvili himself appeared via a video link on a large screen installed on the square.
He said that only a few hours separate him and supporters of the UNM from winning the election.
The former President said that in case of victory of the party “will return to Georgia and will celebrate together with the Georgian people”.
