The US lifted sanctions against banks in Iran in exchange for release of its citizens


According to the newspaper “The Wall Street Journal, the United States government agreed to the lifting of UN sanctions against the two state banks of Iran in exchange for the release of several American prisoners. Sanctions must be maintained until 2023, was filmed in the beginning of this year.

On the same day Tehran is freed from prison four American citizens, the Obama administration agreed to lift sanctions on banks that fall into the black list due to funding a rocket program. The publication was told by sources in the U.S. Congress.
