Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov has assured that any decision about the postponement of the implementation of the may decrees of 2012, were not accepted. A Kremlin spokesman also said that Vladimir Putin had expressed “some other visions” about the program of these decrees, reports “Interfax”.

Basically, Peskov said, all these discussions boil down to the fact that you need time to move to the right.
As for the regions, Peskov said that the situation there is different because it is not a single environment and it is not associated with the crisis, but this is the reality in which the Russian Federation exists. Press Secretary of the President also called aware of the fact that in some regions cope with the implementation of the may decrees difficult. However, he again stressed that “any other units the President has not voiced with respect to the implementation of decrees signed by him”.
We will remind that earlier eks-the Minister of Finance, head of Center for strategic development Alexey Kudrin in his speech at the investment forum in Sochi, said that the increase in salary costs 500-800 billion is a dangerous maneuver. So he’d offered to do more long term for execution of may decrees in a compressed budget.
