The administration of the President buys housing to 843 million


Manager of the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced an auction on the website of public procurement for the purchase of 73 apartments in Moscow worth more than 843 million rubles.

As stated in the document on the site, the dwelling must be purchased on the secondary housing market of Moscow and placed in North or North-West administrative districts, within walking distance to pharmacies, schools, kindergartens and metro stations. The apartment needs to be renovated, and the rooms should be separate.

“The management of the Affairs involved in the implementation of the Federal target program “Dwelling”. This program is purchased housing waiting list who are in the civil service,” – said TASS press Secretary of the President Elena Krylova.

She added that housing officials provided according to the standards, depending on the composition of the family and is “not in the most prestigious districts of the capital.

In accordance with the terms of the auctions for the needs of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation acquired the dwelling in the amount of not less than 73: 33 one-bedroom, 32 one-bedroom apartments, seven two-bedroom and one three bedroom apartment.
