Putin has ruled out Fradkov from among the permanent members of the security Council


On the official portal of legal information published a decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, with which of the permanent members of the security Council of Russia excluded the former head of SVR Mikhail Fradkov.

The same decree to the members of the security Council of the country put Sergei Naryshkin, who succeeded as head of the intelligence service Fradkov.

Recall that Fradkov asked to lead the Board of Directors of Russian Railways.
