Obama has spoken out against direct US intervention in the Syrian conflict

President Barack Obama said that the American army, the Syrian rebels would not have helped to stop the civil war in the country.

Direct intervention “would mean that we violate international law by coming and invading there.” This would lead to the escalation of the conflict, moreover, the United States would be in a difficult situation, expressed confidence in Obama.

Worldwide, there will be issues that do not relate directly to our security, but where we need to give support and help to lead, but simply applying more troops is not the solution,” said the American President on CNN.
