The tax: the Ministry of labor of the unemployed will be deprived of free medical care

About the new bill, the labour Ministry said Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets. According to the document, able-bodied, but never officially employed citizens will be required to pay for medical services.

“Now, a draft of the law, when those citizens who have chosen the path not work — they will have to make payment for the actual use of social infrastructure,” she said during the governmental hour in the Federation Council, reports “Interfax”.

Golodets noted that the legislation allows Russians not to work, but they do not pay insurance contributions, including in system of obligatory medical insurance (OMS).

Recall that in early September, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko has proposed to reduce the amount of medical assistance for unemployed Russians, or to get the broken part of the electorate to pay fees.

“The regional budgets to pay do not understand whom. 40 billion budgets overpay for the non-working population”, — said the speaker, noting that “each should carry his own suitcase.”

In February, labor Minister Maxim Topilin have estimated the number of working “quasi-legally” Russians 15 million and a loss from nedostupova insurance premiums of 500 billion rubles.
