The winner of the Nobel peace prize went to 94-m to year of life after two weeks ago he suffered a massive stroke. At first, Perez showed progress, but on Tuesday, 27 September, his condition deteriorated. Doctors from clinic “Shiba” in Ramat Gan fought for the life of the former President to the last, said Waldman.

“It is a common thing, – said the “MK” posthumous donation of Perez , the head of the Russian Jewish Congress (RJC) Yuri Kanner. There used to be halachic (i.e. belonging to the traditional Jewish law – “MK”) order that a person should be buried and cannot be burnt. In Israel, there are organizations that do that. For example, collect all the remains of victims of the terrorist attacks that they were completely buried.

But today found a halachic solution, according to which for the life of another person can donate organs. Even 93-year-old person has that can extend the life and quality of life of the living. In Israel, it is the usual story. Insurance policies write about it. And not only in Israel – all over the world too.”

According to the interlocutor of the newspaper, the bodies of the former leader of the state can be given to any person. “Corneal Perez can get anyone, even an Arab – said “MK” Yuri Kanner. – In Israel there is no division among physicians and patients too. No one monitors it. You may come across someone who stands in line”. According to the head of the RIVERS, it is impossible to imagine a situation in which the cornea Shimon Peres will be given to someone from representatives of the Israeli authorities, who need the surgery. “This is impossible, – said Yuri Kanner. – Would be a terrible scandal if something happens”.

The document got its name in memory of the Israelite Ehud Ben-Dror, who died before he gets one of the kidneys.
