Trump said that would not cause a nuclear first strike

Speaking on Monday at a debate with his rival for the Democratic nomination Hillary Clinton, Republican Donald trump has assured that if elected will not cause a nuclear first strike. However, the billionaire intends to maintain strategic forces in readiness.
