The owner of the TV channel “112 Ukraine” has requested political asylum in Belgium

The owner of the Ukrainian TV channel “112” Andrew Podsypku is in the process of registration for political asylum in Belgium. This was reported by the portal Detector “media” referring to the former creative producer of the TV channel Viktor Zubritsky.

Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported that the channel “112 Ukraine” is under pressure. However, as is clear from the story Zubritsky, documents Podsypku sent at the beginning of the year.

At first he addressed to Austria, but then the lawyers convinced to file a petition in Brussels, where he resides.

Before the press service of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has denied allegations that Bud now fugitive Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko was negotiating the purchase of the channel in favor of Poroshenko. While Podsypku confirmed the fact of negotiations with Onishchenko in may 2015, but said that Onishchenko acted in their own interests.

Now according to Ukrainian media Onishchenko and Podsypku are located in London and claim that they are victims of political persecution.

Victor Zubritsky also is wanted on charges of involvement in the dispersal of the Maidan.
